Amazon Project Zero is a brand protection program designed to help eligible brands fight counterfeit products on Amazon.

The program combines Amazon’s automated technology with tools that allow eligible brands to identify and remove confirmed counterfeit listings themselves.

One of its key features is self-service counterfeit removal. Instead of waiting for Amazon to review every report, eligible brands can remove confirmed counterfeit listings through the program.

Project Zero also works with Amazon’s other brand protection systems, including product serialization through Transparency. 

However, sellers should use the self-service removal feature carefully. You should confirm that a listing is actually counterfeit before taking action.
