Amazon BSR and Amazon search ranking are two different things.
BSR shows how well a product sells compared with other products in the same category. A lower BSR generally means stronger sales performance within that category.
Search ranking, on the other hand, refers to where a product appears when a customer searches for a particular keyword. A product can have a strong BSR but still rank differently for different search terms.
This means sellers should not use BSR as a direct measure of Amazon search visibility. Both metrics can provide useful information, but they measure different aspects of a product’s performance.
