Amazon Vine reviews and regular customer reviews both provide feedback about products, but they come from different sources.
With regular reviews, customers purchase products and can choose to leave feedback after their purchase. With Amazon Vine, eligible sellers provide products through the program to selected Vine Voices, who then review the products based on their experience.
Vine can be particularly useful when launching a new product because it gives eligible sellers an opportunity to start collecting feedback when there are few or no existing reviews.
However, Vine reviews are not guaranteed to be positive. Reviewers are expected to provide honest opinions, just like customers leaving regular reviews.
